Naturally tile doctor have designed a product for this which is called tile doctor neutral tile cleaner supplied in concentrated form when diluted with water it becomes ph neutral and safe to use on sealed surfaces. Tile stone cleaner is ideal for removing mild grime from outdoor tiles. Neutral cleaner moves grout toward a neutral state improving bonding and performance of grout sealers. Then clean your tiles regularly with warm water and a drop or two of disinfectant.
